Montage

What is Montage?

Montage is the purposeful assembly of varied visual elements to construct new meaning. Unlike collage, which may be more spontaneous or decorative, montage is intentional, using juxtaposition to disrupt expectations and reveal hidden associations between images, ideas, and emotions.

Hi there,

Thanks for signing up! It’s lovely to have you here.

Art-Ed Hub is more than just a resource bank; it’s a growing space for creative inquiry, thoughtful teaching, and the kind of soulful exploration that often gets lost in the rush of curriculum and outcomes. Whether you’re here for the IB Visual Arts support, the creative prompts, or just a bit of inspiration, I hope you find something that resonates.

Every now and then, I’ll drop into your inbox with new resources, reflections, or behind-the-scenes updates. Nothing overwhelming, just things I genuinely think are worth sharing.

Warm wishes,
Nikki
