What does it mean to be human in an age of AI?

This is where certainty ends and creation begins.

At Art-Ed Hub, Creative Intelligence develops through experience, not theory.

In each workshop, participants enter a carefully structured process in which familiar habits are interrupted. They make, respond, collaborate, reflect and make choices without knowing exactly where the process will lead.

Working with materials slows down the impulse to perform the right answer. It makes patterns visible: how we respond when control is removed, how quickly we judge an unfamiliar idea, and whether we dominate, withdraw, follow, resist or remain open.

The artwork is not the outcome. The learning is in what happens while we are making it.

No artistic experience is needed. Workshops can take place in person or online.

Creative Intelligence must be understood, embodied and integrated.

Each workshop moves through three connected stages.

Awareness
We begin with accessible theory and metacognitive frameworks that help participants recognise how they think, respond and make decisions – particularly when certainty disappears.

Embodiment
Participants then work with materials, images, movement and one another. Ideas that might remain abstract are experienced physically, making habitual responses visible in real time.

Integration
Finally, participants reflect on what emerged and connect those insights to their own work, relationships, leadership and decision-making.

This movement from understanding, through experience, into conscious application is what allows learning to become lasting change.

What is Creative Intelligence, and why does it matter now?

Workshops are

Available online or in person

Designed for individuals, teams, and organisations

Offered in short formats (2.5 hours), full days, or as a multi-session journey

Who is this for?

  • Schools and educational organisations
For staff development, leadership, curriculum thinking and protecting genuinely human learning in an age of AI.
  • Leadership teams and organisations
For groups navigating change, complex decisions, cultural patterns or challenges that cannot be solved by repeating what has worked before.
  • Artists, educators and individuals
For people wanting to understand their own creative patterns and develop a more conscious relationship with uncertainty, judgement and action.

The work is particularly valuable when familiar approaches are no longer enough, when change is already underway, or when a group needs to move forward without forcing a premature answer.

AI can generate answers quickly. Our human advantage lies in imagination, discernment, relationship and the capacity to act with integrity.

Begin the conversation

Every group and individual begins in a different place. Tell me what you are navigating, who the workshop is for, and what you hope might shift.

Creative Intelligence workshops can be shaped as a focused 2.5-hour session, a full-day experience or a multi-session programme, in person or online.

Complete the form below and I will reply personally. We can then decide whether a short conversation would be useful and what format might serve you best.

Hi there,

Thanks for signing up! It’s lovely to have you here.

Art-Ed Hub is more than just a resource bank; it’s a growing space for creative inquiry, thoughtful teaching, and the kind of soulful exploration that often gets lost in the rush of curriculum and outcomes. Whether you’re here for the IB Visual Arts support, the creative prompts, or just a bit of inspiration, I hope you find something that resonates.

Every now and then, I’ll drop into your inbox with new resources, reflections, or behind-the-scenes updates. Nothing overwhelming, just things I genuinely think are worth sharing.

Warm wishes,
Nikki
