Terms of Agreement

Last updated: 7th May 2025

We’re so glad you’re here. By joining Art-Ed Hub, you’re not just subscribing to a website, you’re stepping into a creative, supportive space shaped with care. These terms explain what you’re signing up for and help keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.

1. What You’re Getting

Your membership gives you access to specific areas of Art-Ed Hub depending on the tier you choose, from creative resources and downloadable cards to ongoing updates and reflective materials.

Your account is for your use only. Please don’t share your login, copy content, or redistribute resources. Everything inside is made with love and a lot of time and we trust you’ll respect that.

2. Payments + Refunds

All payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Because everything we offer is digital and available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds unless there’s a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve. If something goes wrong, just contact us at [email protected] — we’ll always do our best to help.

3. Copyright + Fair Use

All Art-Ed Hub content is protected by copyright. Your membership allows you to use materials for your own personal development or classroom teaching, but:

Please do not:
– Share cards or projects with colleagues who aren’t members
– Upload or post materials to shared drives or internal platforms
– Forward or distribute resources to students
– Print materials for student use (unless clearly marked as allowed)

You’re welcome to show cards on screen during class or use them as teaching prompts, but full resources must not be shared digitally or physically with students or non-members. This platform depends on trust and fair use.

Looking ahead: As Art-Ed Hub grows, we’ll be adding specific student-facing resources designed for classroom use. Until then, we ask that teachers keep membership content for professional use only.

If you’re interested in group or school-wide access, just get in touch — we’re open to creative solutions.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but we don’t offer partial refunds for unused time.

5. Being a Good Human

This is a creative space built on kindness and trust. We expect all members to use it respectfully — no scraping, copying, or misusing content. If we notice suspicious behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend access to protect the community and our work.

6. Updates to These Terms

As Art-Ed Hub evolves, these terms may change. Any important updates will be announced on the site. We keep things transparent — no sneaky edits.

If you have any questions or ideas, drop us a line at [email protected]. We’re real people, and we’re here to help.
